EXCELLENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2019
CLASS #18 HAS STARTED

Excellent Internship Program (EIP#18) has started recently. This year, 127 university students were selected from total 2,351 applicants. The internship starts from 5 June until 19 July. During the period of time, the interns will be offered work experience in all Business Units, both in Thailand and Vietnam.

Founded in 2002, EIP is the internship program which has been designed to offer university students the 2 month long work experience in SCG. In addition, it is the opportunity to build up SCG brand in their minds as well as strengthen long term relationship with universities.

โครงการฝึกงานปิดเทอมภาคฤดูร้อนกับเอสซีจี รุ่นที่18 เริ่มขึ้นแล้ว

ครั้งนี้มีน้องๆ นิสิตนักศึกษาจากสถาบันต่างๆ ได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโครงการรวม 127 คน จากผู้สมัคร 2,351 คน ด้วยการสอบข้อเขียน (Paper Test) วัดระดับความรู้ทั้ง Aptitude Test, Technical and Professional Test, English Test และรวมทั้งการสัมภาษณ์ โดยน้องๆ 126 คนจะลงพื้นที่ฝึกงานใน BU ต่างๆ และ 1 คนจะไปฝึกงานที่ TPC VINA, Chemicals Business ที่เวียดนาม ตั้งแต่ 5 มิถุนายน – 19 กรกฎาคมนี้

หลังจากฝึกงานจบแล้ว น้องๆ จะกลับมาทำ Project ร่วมกันภายใต้ชื่อ ‘Ignite Your Passion’ ซึ่งได้ปรับจากรูปแบบเดิม โดยน้องๆ จะได้ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแบบกลุ่มและ Cross-Functional Team โดยใช้คอนเสปท์ Design Thinking

และเมื่อ 4 มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมาซึ่งเป็นวันแรกของการฝึกงาน (Orientation Day) น้องๆ กลุ่มนี้ได้รับการปูพื้นความรู้ภาพรวมธุรกิจในเอสซีจี โดยมีวิทยากรภายในเป็นผู้แชร์ประสบการณ์ ได้แก่ SCG Heritage, Business Overview, Safety, SCG People และ Design My Life

Excellent Internship Program (EIP) เป็นโครงการที่เอสซีจีเริ่มขึ้นเมื่อปี 2545 เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิต/นักศึกษาปี 3 มีประสบการณ์จริงก่อนเข้าสู่วัยทำงาน ตลอดจนเป็นการสร้างแบรนด์เอสซีจีให้อยู่ในใจ พร้อมทั้งสร้าง Talent Pool และ Network ระหว่างเอสซีจีกับ EIP Alumni และมหาวิทยาลัยให้ยั่งยืนต่อไป
